It was an awful throw because if he leads him he's still running.

But he should have caught the ball for the 100th time.

I'm not blaming Hopkins, but it is what it is.

Cecil blew up the seam for an easy 6.

Yup, they out-kicked the Giants after upgrading their kicker.

Would have been nice if Simon got sick instead of Brooks.

I disagree, but it's irrelevant. You admit it's an awful throw, which obviously means a harder catch.

Having a QB that would not make awful throws in that situation is still preferable, isn't it?

You fail to acknowledge Hopkins ability.

Hopkins' ability has nothing to do with the throw being terrible. Just because he's good enough to usually bail out a QB who throws inaccurate passes doesn't mean that they aren't inaccurate, terrible passes.

While Hoyer did better today than anyone expected him to do, it's still annoying that we downgraded the QB position over what we had last year.

Hoyer is playing better than Fitz did last year. Don't even.

Hopkins ability is hands related. Watch the replay. I'm waiting for you.

I'd trade Hoyer for Fitz right now, but the Jets would never do it.

Watch the replay, he threw the ball behind him, it was a terrible throw. If it was an accurate pass, it's caught. Simple as that.

Your hard to argue with when you keep ignoring reality.

Yes, because Fitz always throws accurate balls.

Taylor made some perfect passes in the first half that allowed the Bills to put up more points on this defense than what's been the norm over the winning streak. This team will not win having to rely on Hoyer and the offense putting up 30 points.

No one said Fitz "always" throws accurate balls, in fact they are both bad QB's, but Fitz is a better bad QB than Hoyer.

In this game, Hoyer did a lot better than can be expected, for the team to win, the defense has to be better than they were today.

    Hopkins is absolutely great.

But that really doesn't have anything to do with the point, and you didn't answer the question.

Does this loss really catch anyone by surprise? The Texans are what we thought they were at the beginning of the season.. Pretty good. Maybe they'll sneak into the playoffs at 9-7 or just miss at 8-8.

Some of the hosts on SR-610 yesterday were predicting that the Texans would win out or at worst finish 10-6. Plus they were saying JJ Watt will break the NFL sack record and win NFL MVP. How fanboys like that are paid to give their ridiculous opinions on the radio is beyond me. People who buy into it are just as bad.

    There is no question.

Watch the replay. Don't ignore the fact that he should have caught it.

It's easy to blame Hoyer because one is an average QB and the other guy is a superstar.

QB is not the reason we lost, conservative play-calling especially challenging the Bills on offense. I didn't like the Texans threw the white flag on offense when it was around 3:00. They are hoping the D will create offense. I guess the coach forgot that the defense have lungs, it didn't help the Texans offense scared to play offense. In the end, Bills really need this than the Texans, I don't think the Patriots will flatlined.

No knock on Hoyer but he maxed out his talents today. He Had a solid game better than I expected. We obviously miss Foster, WR's dropped passes and Bills had more speed in my opinion. If we had a top rated QB (again, nothing against Hoyer as he played a solid game today), some of the balls would've been better placed. The one to Shorts with a minute or so left in the game if he throws it on the money Shorts might've taken that to the House for example. WR's definitely dropped balls too and let's not talk about penalties. Texans a couple of play makers on offense away from being really really good and the season still not over.
