It sounds a bit weird that you describe this couple as typical americans.

Media: I'm telling ya baby, its a workplace incident!
Quartermaster Clerk: One warranty card for terrorist training materials, signed for by Syed Farook.
Media: I don't even know what this is! That sort of thing isn't his bag, baby.
Quartermaster Clerk: One book, "Terrorism and Me: This Sort of Thing Is My Bag Baby", by Syed Farook.

Plenty of Americans shoot up people. It isn't unique to terrorists.

How about protecting the country from religious fanatics first? This guy has quite some nerve. Someone from the family he represents just mass murdered people in the name of his religious ideology. Is there no religious freedom? There is. But it doesn't include murdering people in the name of your religion. Perhaps he should show some more respect to the victims of a member of the family he represents.

i agree with him...but this isn't the time to say it. a better message right now would be "We just have to be protective of the freedom to goto a social services center in our country without having to worry about some extremist shooting up the place"

No, but we can always speculate!!!

Word on the street is that Tashfeen Malik was OBL former lover.

    See how easy that is!

Possible that they were part of a larger attack but I'm not sure. If they are then them jumping the gun might actually help if LE can figure out the ties they had or if this causes other terrorist they were supposed to coordinate with to stop their plans if they think those are in jeopardy.

There is still a lot that is unknown about this situation and I'm guessing that LE isn't revealing everything.

Except it took them three days to claim responsibility where as in other attacks they have been quicker. This could be that these people were truly lone wolves and DAESH is claiming responsibility after the fact, they have done this before, or it could be that these people did bungle the operation and went after the wrong target so DAESH initially held off claiming responsibility until they saw what sort of effect it had.

It has been reported that they were in contact with several known terrorists. Also, they tried to destroy their hard drives and phones. If they were lone wolves, why would they do that?

the FBI downplayed their contact with these "known terrorists" (ATW they were only on the watch list - not know terrorists) and if I remember correctly, that little **** who killed the kids destroyed his hard drive too.

It would actually be great if they were in contact. otherwise the call ISIS has put out for jihadism is being answered and there is no defense against that.
