Jones, Bev, Brewer, KJ and unprotected 1st for Carmelo Lawson/Terry Harden/Thornton Ariza/Dekker Melo/Dmo/Harrell Howard/Capela You would likely have to sweeten this a lot like probably Dmo or Capela but if the Knicks are out of the hunt which they should be when the Wizards get their **** together than maybe they realize the need for a rebuild. Lawson, Jones, KJ, Capela If I were the Knicks thats what I would want. One big expiring and three cheap young talents. I wouldn't do this but Morey might. Bev/Terry Harden/Thornton Ariza/Brewer Melo/Harrell Howard/Dmo It's interesting many on this board would ship out Lawson for nothing, Jones is hated and KJ can't even see the court. So really is that package not worth it for Melo when the main value is Capela?
I hope other teams (Boston) still feel the same way you do. I think he is a very nice person and has done a lot of wonderful things for the people of Houston, maybe more than any other Rocket. He is always doing something nice for others, mainly children. This is the only part I'd miss if he were gone. He is like-able. --> We use him like Capela a $1.25M player, but Howard makes $22.4M. Lee, Bradley, Olynyk and the Net's pick For Howard and Jones It fills the needs of both teams so well
I'm sorry you want the unprotected BKN pick on top of Bradley for an expiring Dwight? And you find this trade equal value that works for both teams?
I forgot about fournier who is having a good year. Fournier is a possibility to leave in FA. So i wouldnt rule out kj who is under contract even though i forgot about fournier. I think Orlando its obviously making moves and should be someone to target. I dont think an expiring jones and kj is an overpay. Even with his bad last year, hes been a decent to good stretch four. Especially in Phoenix who runs a similar offense. Honestly it was a quickly thrown together trade proposal and with our hard cap situation i think we take in too much salary So It probably wouldn't work. Im more interested in the concept of targeting him or teletovic from Phoenix
When was that? I must have missed it. I thought he was expiring. Edit: i see it was around the 4th of July weekend, no wonder i missed it. Thanks for the heads up. Repped
Who said he is not going anywhere because he signed a big contract? They signed him because he was an asset and teams can't afford 22 y.o leave for nothing. Btw by next year his "big" contract will not be big, it will be normal for a starter player.
Is Cameron Payne available? 3rd stringer he can stroke it but idk about d maybe another steal from okc?
He was a lottery pick. I think only if you can give them a great two way wing they would think about it. Not sure if they would think about it in the first place when it comes to Morey and trading with him again. Also keep in mind that if you give the Thunder a good two way wing, the chances of their championship go up and good luck luring Durant. It's counter productive on the long run.
Good luck luring durant period with our record and all the turmoil fired our coach. Durant is not coming to this team unless there is a drastic turnaround. I just want somebody that can shoot a damn 3 if we have to play morey ball. Get morey ball players instead of Brewer type low career 3 point percentage. But i see I am undervaluing him just because he's a third stringer, but the guy can stroke some 3s.
