Tom Thibodeau could be working with two more superstars in Houston Former Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau seems content to sit out the 2015-16 season, but when he does return to coaching he’s likely to have plenty of options. One of those choices could have him working with two more superstars on a team ready to chase a championship. Sports Illustrated’s Chris Mannix said the Houston Rockets should make an all-out push to bring Thibodeau in by the start of next season. Earlier this season Kevin McHale was fired as the Rockets head coach after just 11 games. McHale had been the rockets head coach for a little over four seasons at that point. Thibodeau who took over one season before McHale, had the Bulls as one of the best defensive units in the NBA. During the time both were coaching, the Bulls were always at, or near, the top of the NBA in points-allowed. The Rockets never broke the top half of the league in that category. http://chicago.suntimes.com/basketball/7/71/1151653/tom-thibodeau-working-two-superstars-houston

Nothing here. This whole article is based on the opinion of Chris Mannix that the Rockets should go for Thibs.
This is not a rumour this is speculation. And it doesn't even come from that chicago journalist it's just repeating Mannix.
I think Scotty Brooks is a serious option as well. If Durant has a "didn't realize what I had" at all, then Brooks is the guy. If Harden (even though he was never the starter) says he really really wants Brooks. Again, he could be the guy to solve several issues. The Thunder were still #1 in the Western conference even after Harden left (and before the injuries to Durant and Westbrook). He's also got Rockets history and is a player's coach (I really think that's what Dwight wants). I'd keep him higher in my book than Thibs.
What issues did he not solve in OKC that got him canned? As for why OKC was still #1 in the West after they traded Harden it had to do with them putting 3 of the top 30 players at the time on the court every night in Durant, Westbrook and Ibaka.
Durant's not coming. D-Mo's coming back sometime in the next half decade...maybe. A good defensive coach will make an entire team better and more competitive with or without two superstars. I just hope that we don't look so terrible at the end of the year that he or any other good coach looks at us and just laughs at the prospect of coaching here.
CF BBS's ima_drummer2k said Sofia Vegara should make an all-out push to divorce her husband and move in with him by the end of this year.
