    How much is long-term parking in that town? How available and inexpensive is parking when you're driving about? How do you think this will affect your credit rating when you do have to start looking for apartments?

    Getting real for moment, I'd get the new Miata. It appears to be a fantastic car for under $30k.

    Alfa Romeo is releasing a Spider version on the same platform.

    You wouldn't want to drive the Tesla. It would be a fair trade. Free rent in exchange for using his Tesla when you are cruising for mistresses.
