So if we beat Navy, and then went on to beat Temple/USF, will we be the highest ranked group of 5 and make the NY6 bowl? Or will the committee hoe as again and rank us below even if we beat Navy and Temple/USF?

The highest ranked conference champion would get into the NY6 bowl.

If we beat Navy and Temple/USF, it could come come down to us and Toledo. But I feel like a win over Navy alone should be enough to jump Toledo (though for Toledo to win their conference championship, they would have to beat a very solid Western Mich team and a pretty good Bowling Green team in their championship game).

I never trust the voters when it comes to UH. I hope I am just paranoid but I could see them screwing over us and not jumping Toledo if we both win out.

I don't see how Temple is #25 with two losses. One to 6-4 USF. UH has one loss to 6-4 UConn and they are unranked. Temple's best win is Penn State. UH's best win is Memphis. How?

Notre Dame bias. See Navy, Temple.

Both teams have a win against Memphis, so doesn't that make our win against Memphis less valuable in comparison?

That and he'd probably get paid just as much by UH as he would SCAR.

Our days of losing coaches to second and third tier programs are over.

Our days of losing coaches over salary concerns are *almost* over (P5 invite is coming).

LSU and SoCal are the only openings left that worry me.

Who is the person responsible for recruiting and hiring three of the greatest coaches in the last decade? This guy is dealing and should update resume too.

As they should. That game will decide which team between Iowa and MSU gets in.

Les Miles staying at LSU. That was the one I was most worried about. USC and Chip Kelly makes too much sense. Who knows who will get fired within the next few weeks, but right now, it's looking like CTH stays in Houston.

It's going to be an awful slaughter though. While UH/Temple will be a nail biter.
