I think a prime target this deadline is ryan anderson and his expiring contract. They lack depth and talent. A trade of t.jones(also expiring but younger and reaignable) and brewer(quality contract under the new cba) for ryan anderson is good quality trade for both teams. Helps us shed a slight bit more capspace for durant chase as well as upgrade a weak position. Kj and thornton can cover brewers minutes. It also helps nop collect slightly more pingpong balls.

When you come into the season saying "I'm the best player in the world", but doesn't give any effort on defense and keep bricking. What else do you expect? Also, the other problem is you're watching/reading BSPN.
Your already answer this question with your typically stupid racialist conspiracy theory. Why bother asking again.
OKC and Portland have reasonable excuses though. Portland lost everyone and it's been almost two years now since Durant and westbrook played more than afew games at a time together. I worry Durant may be headed down the T-mac path now
Ryan Anderson was masterful last night against the spurs. Him and Dmo would be an amazing PF duo for us.
Anderson has developed that nice step back jumper that most people are missing. They keep looking at his 3-point percentage. But he's shooting almost 54% from 2. That includes a number of step-backs from 17 feet. Everybody that wants a mid-range shooter...how about a 3-point shooter that can shoot midrange??? Anderson is currently shooting over 58% midrange between 10-23 feet. That's a midrange shooting percentage that's good enough that we'd let him take them. Oh.................and to top it all off his defensive rebounding rate (another one of our primary issues) eclipses Terrence's by over 30% (18/13.8).
Ryan Anderson is their 2nd best player now. I wish we could've traded T-Jones and someone else for him before he break out this season.

The smart thing to do is tank for Simmons. AD+Simmons? Oh weeee! Of course i don't want that since they are in our division. BUT, i also dont want the Lakers to get Simmons. I could easily see the Pelicans having these 2 great superstars, but not being able to build a good enough team around them. Lakers? They will build a contender around Simmons in no time.
