I just dropped Ty Lawson in a 16 team fantasy league for Ed Davis, 16 teams means the waiver wire is so thin only end of bench guys are really available- AND I STILL PREFER THAT TO TY

benching lawson is stupid

 

Venting doesn't affect the team's decisions, but it affects the nature of CF. I don't come here to read people denigrating the coach or players.

 

If JB's plan is to bench Lawson the rest of season, fire him

 

Lets just blow it up already. What a ****ing mess.

 

I don't know what the **** JB is thinking, if we want to win we need to incorporate Lawson into the offense

Guys I miss Josh Smith so much. If he had in this team, we won't lose so many games.

I am too sick tired of watching soft TJ on the court....

 

A GOOD leader would sit down Harden and Howard and get them together.

The starters seemed to move the ball a bit better and played hard on Defense. The bench brought us crumbling down. Bev can't create for anyone . Brew is just out of control. Thornton when not red hot is just not good. Capela was alright but not good enough to save the unit.

That being said we caught a huge break early in the 4th when MEM racked up 5 team fouls in a matter of what seemed like seconds.

WHY DIDNT WE ATTACK THE BASKET MORE THEN ???

instead we launch threes.

JB is a young coach so hopefully he gets better, but as soon as we got that 5th foul at around 10 minutes James should have come back in with one goal in mind.. ATTACK and look to score or draw a foul. Game would have been won. Instead we suffer trying to get the ball to dwight and Corey and Trevor run our offense. We just play stupid. In the past , talent and shooting carried us. Without the shooting we arent gonna win. We can win even if we are in a slump if we just play smarter.

Ty Lawson was not the problem. He needs to start.

 

He and Beverley should be benched, Ty Lawson should be starting.

 

Well, Harden at least showed confidence tonight.

Really glad they finally found their competitive nature 15 games into the season and after they are well out of the running for a competitive playoff seed.

 

Been saying it for a while. Lawson brings the ball up on fast breaks going straight to the basket and dishing to the corner three or trailer if the defense isn't there.

If the defense is set, he passes it to Harden and cuts to the basket and runs around the court trying to get freed up from his defender while Harden sizes up his man. Meanwhile, the 3 stands in the corner and the 4 and 5 either set picks (real picks, not those I'm only doing this half assed so I can go for an alley oop and instead just draw my defender to the paint and get in the way picks) or stands just outside the paint to draw his defender out a bit and if their man collapses to the paint to cut off the offensive player driving the lane then be ready for either an alley, a pass, or to steal the rebound. Also, if Jones would just play the mid range game or develops some passing skills from the top of the key a bit we can use that as a credible threat on the pick and roll play.

It's so simple. But no, instead, lets just bench Lawson.

 

I'm starting to think it doesn't matter who the coach is. This team isn't good.

Major moves by the trade deadline, please.

 

Lottery bound with championship expectations...I thought the 94-95 Rockets struggled with personalities (Maxwell, Kenny) but this is whole other level.
