I'm glad that the police officer was charged and couldn't get away with it. The others who tried to cover up should be charged as well.

All my questions stand as valid except for the car chase, which I was mistaken about -- the perp wasn't in a car chase but rather he was breaking into cars allegedly.

Includes the diagram showing the entrance and exit wounds from the autopsy report. It was of course changed in the records to show a single gunshot wound.

So many people need to lose their jobs in Chicago, including the mayor, who tried to protect the psychopath officer too.

 

Please explain what conclusion he came to in the statement. Apparently it was such an offensive statement but I guess I'm not sharp enough to see what the offensive part was.
