They are only highlighted because fans like you are ready to pounce on his every mistake. But dissappear when he has one of his many good games. Now you're saying he can't rebound because he has a bad rebounding game. Isn't he the best rebounding PF that we have?

I was at the game against the nuggets and the thing that bothered me most about Jones was he kept bringing the ball down when he was right by the rim. He got blocked almost every single time and it seems to be a fundamental flaw - as a big man, never bring the ball down. Keep it high so the other team doesn't have a chance to block it. It was frustrating watching him do it over and over again only to get blocked every time.

Was at the game also and you are right Tjones keeps doing this. The people in my section were fed up with Tjones and were really laying it into him. I really think Harrell should start until Dmo returns.

Harrell isn't ready, but if they keep giving him plenty of time, I think he could be by the trade deadline.

I've been harping this for a while. What you said is the truth. Jones loves to dribble. I think it makes him feel guard-like, idk. So every time he catches the ball, he has to dribble it. Out near the perimeter, or inside, if he gets the ball he's going to dribble it. Unfortunately, this sucks **** inside the post. If you catch the ball in the post, then go up with it IMMEDIATELY. No more collecting yourself with a dribble. If you have to collect yourself, you either got a bad pass or weren't ready (which would be on you). If you have to collect yourself, then pump fake or pass it out. Don't collect yourself and then go up expecting not to get your ass blocked. You just gave the defender time to rotate and go up with you.

Watch Dwight, or even Harrell play under the basket. If they get the ball, they ain't ****ing around with it. They go straight up. Either it's an open dunk or a foul. Either way it's better than getting blocked.

DMo on the other hand does dribble in the post. But guess what? He's got post moves. He can go up-and-under. He can twist and turn and shake off his defenders. He's has finesse, and he finishes with finesse. It's like Jones wants to play with finesse on the inside but then wants to dunk it. That's a recipe to get your ass blocked.

If you're gonna bring the ball down, gotta make sure there's not congestion, then gotta upfake, take one dribble, and Jump stop somewhere before you go up. Otherwise don't bring the ball down.

Is that the metric of garbage players you want to use?

The Bestestest time to trade Jones. The longer we wait, the less time there's left on his contract and the less he'll be worth.
These last couple games made him from untradeable to possibly 2nd round pick worthy! Cash in Morey.

Really? Just him? I can't stand anyone on this team right now. Maybe Dwight.

I seriously hate TJ. Probably more than I did Rafer.

Sure he should be traded but THIS is what is pissing you guys off? Off all the problems the Rockets have had, TJ is pretty far down the list of major issues. I actually think he might have the highest 3 point % right now too if I'm not mistaken.

But yeah him, Brewer, Lawson, and maybe even Ariza need to go. And I'm tempted to shop Dwight as well even though he's one of the few guys trying now he's just not ever going to mesh with Harden.

What the hell is wrong with you people? How can you guys repeatedly single out one player when the whole team is playing like utter ****? Seriously the entire roster shot 38/20/60, had 7 more turnovers then assist. What part of everrbody sucking ass makes you stop and say " you know what, trade Jones "

If this game made you think we HAVE to trade Jones then we also HAVE to trade Terry, Thornton, Brewer, KJ and Lawson because they all sucked just much.

    Thats impossible lol

Anyways, the biggest issue I have with Jones is him shooting the three. Why in the world does he still try to shoot the three pointer is beyond me. He absolutely is terrible at 5 feet and further
