Lil B has nothing to do with basketball.

SAS is on the outside looking in.

Lynn McHale likely has to hear Kevin's complaints every night.

It's not hard to tell what the difference is here..

Yeah...I'm sure Spoelstra had a lot to do with Lebron's success too. Phil Jackson turned MJ into what he was.

Harden dragged McHale into the WCF, not the other way around. Maybe, just maybe Harden got tired of the Harden ISOs as well.

Add David Thorpe and Zach Lowe. People outside the organization seem to view this going beyond McHale. You are confusing hate with observations.

I don't think people fully realize what has transpired or want to understand. The Lowe- post podcast was great and pretty much corroborates what most people are saying about what happened behind the scenes.

McHale is a better teacher/developer than an in-game coach. The NBA is so advanced these days. You have to do more than just get the ball to your best player and let him work. We don't run any plays. Look I would have loved to win the title with this style of ball. Its fun as F to watch. Just not sure it can win the big one. Some things, can only work for so much. And I feel like we've reached our peak with that brand of ball.

OK so WCF was "the peak," and now you're in rebuild mode? Or you're expecting NBA finals this year? Or you've got predictions for next season already? What are you expecting for the next two years?

Good for her, now maybe people can see a little bit more of the truth.

If you use social media - be prepared to have it come back at ya.

....Parsons, Lowry, Dragic, and Harden aren't on LBJ and MJ's level. Have another example?

.... bro come on. That's not a very smart assumption in bold. I suppose it was McHale's idea for Harden not to play defense in 13-14 and the beginning of this season?

It's all too convenient to put the positive on the talent and the negative on the coaching.

McHale can't control his wife enough so that she doesn't fly off the handle on twitter....and we expect him to be able to control a couple of superstars?

His wife thinking it's ok to take to Twitter to jab Morey says more about McHale than anything.

Don't worry. We're DEF gonna get past the WCF this year. And next year! Yes: addition by subtraction.

In your face, McHale's wife! Stupid wife of a MilkHair.

But they also point out McHale was not a good teacher or coach. He failed to see Thornton could play an important role early on..also started Ty, which may have been the biggest reason for the lack of chemistry coming in to the season.

McHale deserves credit for last year, but not the majority. There were key acquisitions during the year. Morey gave him Brewer and Pablo...luck gave him Smith. Luck gave him a Clipper meltdown. Med staff gave him a healthy Dwight in time for the playoffs. JB gave him a defensive plan. Morey drafted Capela, who helped late....and so forth.

Bottom line is he lost Harden for whatever reason and didn't know how to handle that. Dwight tolerates him, but doesn't seem to love him. You just can't have that kind of dynamic with those three guys. Maybe they brushed it aside last year..maybe something changed. Who knows, but it wasn't working anymore. It sucks to lose the coach right now, but he's not irreplaceable. JB is liked just as much by the team and is better strategically. He communicates much more clearly and directly. That's what the team needs this year.

Jackson was a mentor and not much of an in-game couch. He didn't do a lot of x's and o's and he really managed the psychology of the team and let the assistants deal with the specifics. Jackson was all about getting into his players heads and getting them to buy-in. He was not an "in-game" coach at all.

And the biggest myth is that we don't run any plays! Where does this come from - do you watch the game? We run tons and tons of plays.

who says we are in rebuild mode? obviously the goal every year is to get better. we should expect nothing less than WCF.

if mchale was not part of the problem, what do you prefer? trade harden/howard and blow up the team?

Let assume that's completely true, that Harden didn't feel like playing. What's your option? Wait till McHale can get Harden to play? Trade Harden? Fire McHale?

Trade? No, that's giving up. Wait? Have we ever witness McHale holding Harden accountable? No, we have not. Wait would not work until McHale do hold him accountable. His history said he's not going to do that. Fire is the best option. Let someone else a crack of righting the ship.

All right, cool: so you expect a better result than last year? I don't.
