Because she's revealing the truth. This was about Harden. The media, nor the Rockets, nor James, nor Kevin himself have given us this. Who cares what her motive is. She's giving us the truth about what happened. #ItsonHarden
Wow, they are blaming Harden quits on Morey? Just Wow, isnt that the coach's job to make sure players play hard? I don't defend Morey on all matters, but this is just not logical.
morey can at least send the mchales a turkey in the mail. he can pre-baste it with is crocodile tears
This lady seems like a real gem... <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="https://twitter.com/ActForAmerica">@ActForAmerica</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/StateDept">@StateDept</a> Bring your fake ID and in return, get your welfare check, your SS#, your healthcare card, and an Obamaphone.</p>— Lynn McHale (@lynnmchale) <a href="https://twitter.com/lynnmchale/status/662762758887223296">November 6, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Man, has there ever been this much resentment at an NBA coach getting fired? The closest I can recall is when there really was a mutiny by Penny Hardaway and the Orlando Magic players to get Brian Hill canned back in the late 90's. The media piled on those guys and even their own fans booed them at the beginning of the next game.
For all of Harden's faults, he was the main reason why McHale got $12 million coming to him. If this team were built around Howard, Parsons, and Lin it would have ran on that treadmill of mediocrity.
Im sure shes upset, but that's when truth comes out. That's why her actions are relevant. I think she was implying there was truth to that post, although obviously a fake report.
we were NOT winning a championship or beating the warriors with mcfail, something needed to be done. we have the talent to compete with anybody
Because McHale was well liked around the NBA. Because, on the surface, he "guided" the Rockets to the WCF last year. Because, on various levels, our top two players aren't leaders and their flaws are obvious targets.
Judging by the national reaction you would think he was Popovich or Phil Jackson. If the man was a solid coach I could understand the backlash but this is ridiculous.

It definitely seems like her. Among other things, she posted picture of Ted Cruz at a rockets game and retweeted something about Cuban apologizing for his statements about the rockets. She also posts a good deal about Minnesota To top it all off Joel Blank, Jim Petersen and Casspi all follow her. If the account is fake, someone put a hell of a lot of effort into making it look that way
Kevin McHale was at the end of the day a really bad coach. It doesn't matter what his wife says. The narrative that it was too early, and he's a good guy... is all probably right. But it doesn't change the fact that Mrs. McHale's husband isn't a championship level coach.
