morey is all flash no result he can entertain delusional simple-minded rockets fan, but hes no better than Rick Smith
Morey will spend exactly 5 minutes on the un-employment line. Would be the biggest mistake in this franchise history.
right move, the guy don't care about team culture building, keep buying good individual players but the wrong pieces.
morey can do no wrong with his anal..ytics . he's got that calculator on vibrate 24/7 keeping him updated on useless stats and numbers. crunch those numbers big boy, and pass me some of those cheeseburgers!
i respect les for putting morey on the hot seat but i think firing him would be an over-reaction. mchale ~should~ have been gone after the portland series. i'll always respect morey for getting james and dwight on the team.
Can only lol at angry Alexander who gave interviews that the team is only his 'part time hobby' Now he wants to win bad but he got a bad exit plan for Morey. Plan B rarely works. Who is the next guy?

The organization is inofficially in a shambles way to turn it around. We may make the playoffs but I am not sure about the rest clearly depending on who will be the next coach and how the players respond. I think at best we are still a tad behind Spurs and Warriors, maybe Memphis
Morey is sitting squarely on the hot seat right now: 1. Last December, gave his childhood hero McFail a 3 year guarantee 2. Then stated that McFail is the coach to get us a Championship 3. Had to be pushed by Les to fire McFail (we know it wasn't Morey's choice) 4. He's assembled this team based on analytics, but has failed to get us a quality PF who can consistently shoot.
