    Bickerstaff literally has had no training sessions with the team, he hasn't had a chance to stamp his influence on the team yet. Better to judge in 4-5 games.

    Sure he may do some things different but they didn't bring in an outsider.

    They promoted a guy who has been on the staff the past 4 years.
