    said multiple times that they believe in JB and that JB is the guy to bring them back.

    that's why they gave him the 'interim' head coach position!

    My main takeaway is that it seems the FO is invested in Bikerstaff unless he can't get things moving right away....ie, it's Bikerstaff's job to lose.

    If you listened to his answers, it's clear JB is not gonna be the head coach unless this team goes on a very long winning streak.

    It was his stock answer to how long will he have the job. It basically means they will look for someone better (or if the team starts winning by 30) but if they cannot find one he will be the man. Read between the lines.

    Morey is looking for another head coach. They kept asking him about other coaching changes, and instead of saying yes or no, he kept saying "I'm confident in JB". That means he is looking for another head coach but he's not going to say that and undermine JB.
