A homemade corn tortilla is soooo much better than any flour tortilla. But if you are buying them from the store, flour is better. Anyone in league city, there's a little taqueria called La Famosa... Their corn tortillas are the most fluffy amazing things ever.
Depends on the kind of food. Tex Mex, homemade flour tortillas can't be beat. Authentic mexican food or tacos including fish tacos- corn.
I used to eat only flour cause I couldnt stand the texture and taste of corn but now its corn all day. I think its cause I ditched the Tex Mex and went straight to the roach coaches for real tacos. Flour tortillas are for breakfast tacos only.
This is true, but I've had some amazing homemade flour tortillas. Corn for: enchiladas, tortilla soup, most tacos Flour for: breakfast tacos, burritos, fajitas
