Well, the numbers are there. 11 points in 2OTs, 2 wins. 1 sec in the other. OT loss. 4/6 + 3/3 FTs, Harden 2/9. 6 pts in 3 OTs. Parsons/Beverley 0 pts. You can draw your own conclusions, I'll draw mine. Lin Chose Hornets after 7 teams spoke to him. So he could play his style of game. 20PER so far not too bad. Actually 15 PER playing next to Harden on the Rockets over two years. Let's see if $12m/yr and bargain Lawson can get to 10 soon.
7 teams spoke to him.... As in, No thank you! *laugh* Jeremy Lin: Was open to return to Knicks, but team not interested http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/1...ed-new-york-knicks-return-team-not-interested Earlier, Jeremy Lin HIMSELF said he did not have options. Why do Jeremy Lin fans continue to defend Jeremy Lin from Jeremy Lin??:grin: I mean, you would figure teams would be lining up to want an AWESOME OT player for about 2M a year?? Anyone? No one? Hello? Hello? *laugh*
And let's see if ZMama comes out of hiding to console his son from his breakdown soon. ZMama's gotta teach you a few more moves other than posting gifs and youtube clips, or Gandolf / Harry Potter. Ask him to take you to Chinatown so you learn his Chinese food moves.
When did Jeremy Lin said he did not have options? Seven teams reported in pursuit of Lin He was set to sign with the Mavs, but after DeAndre Jordan pulled out, Lin also pulled out. http://espn.go.com/dallas/nba/story/_/id/13198216/dallas-mavericks-set-sights-jeremy-lin http://www.mavsmoneyball.com/2015/7/8/8917563/jeremy-lin-agrees-to-sign-with-charlotte-hornets http://masterherald.com/two-former-...ng-jeremy-lin-from-the-nba-free-agency/20795/ Some people really need help on google search.
And some reading comprehension. Lin said open to Knicks doesn't mean Knicks is his top choice or only choice. And you know Lin has always been grateful to the Knicks fans and has always been polite enough as a person that he would never say "I would never go back to the Knicks". But how ZMama's son went from that article to Lin having no options, when even if you didn't follow the news google is just a click away, I don't understand. And to put two grins after embarrassing himself with posts like that? Must be a protege of Tinman.
LOL @ Not understanding the difference between talking and offering. Any of those teams could have made the pathetic offer Lin eventually got from Hornets. But....No one did. *laugh* Again, Lin himself said in the Hornets interview he did not have options. Jeremy Lin! Straight from the horses' mouth!! Yet people are defending him from what he said!!! LOL! I mean, the Knicks were one of those 7 teams being bragged about. The article linked above just makes you wanna.....
But I guess ZMama's son will revert with another gif or youtube clip And follow it with a couple of grins And still be delusional not knowing his ass has been totally kicked once again ...
Jeremy Lin AWESOME OT player!!!! Yet Hornets extend Jeremy Lamb's contract!!! Do the Hornets not know one Jeremy from another??!?!!
And as if you knew who offer Lin and who didn't. The only people who you know are offered contracts and didn't take up, are the superstar players that get offered tangled in front of them at the start of free agency. Lin isn't one. Do you know who else offered Beverley? You don't. Does that mean Beverley had no offers? And the list could go on. That's why I said you need reading comprehension help. Dallas was one we at least knew Lin got an offer from. The details were not available, but Lin took less money to go to the Hornets. Do we know how many other teams out of the seven made offers? We'd never know. Even the Rockets were reportedly interested in bring Lin back (go google). But the Rockets weren't in that final 7 team when free agency started. But at least that was a free agency list. But I think you can be quite certain you never really know the truth. Only ZMama's son pretends he knows the truth.
You obviously don't know Jeremy Lamb is on a rookie contract and that while the deadline to extend isn't yet reached, most teams try to extend players on rookie contracts by their 4th year. Lin never had a rookie contract. And Lin is on a two year contract with a player's option. So the Hornets can't extend Lin without Lin first giving up his player's option. I don't think they can extend him like this because Lin's not in his rookie season anyway. I'm no salary cap or contract specialist like Bima. But you are just plain clueless.
I do like your gif though. Spewing milk is a reasonable reaction from Rockets fans who has been taught a lot about the salary cap and NBA contracts by Bima, and seeing a troll try to compare Jeremy Lamb and Jeremy Lin's contract and extension status. That is a total joke. Even most newbs would understand the difference between rookie scale salary and extension, vs a player on a contract with a player's option for next year. But I won't stoop myself down to ZMamaAndSon's level by posting a gif like yours.
Waiting for some Jeremy Lin airball or TO gif by ZMama's protege to divert attention from his cluelessness.
Jeremy Lin not giving up his 2M/year player option so that Hornets can offer him the $$$. OMG! Jeremy! Why!!! Jeremy Lin, we need to save you from yourself!! You idiot!
Jeremy Lin!! You had 7 teams lined up to sign you, yet you could not use that as a bargaining chip??? Less than 2 million a year to the Hornets??? Jeremy Lin, why you no understand Supply and demand????? Worst Economics Major EVAH!!!!
So no admission you got the contract and extension **** all wrong? You know what 20PER players get paid? You dig up the list. So you mean Jeremy Lin can only forgo his player option to get extended by the Hornets? Why would he need to do it now? Lamb is a different case as he's never at least been paid. And never at least had some endorsements. And most rookies on NBA contracts do take up the extension on the 4th year, if reasonable, in fear of injury. Why do you come up with some weak **** argument like this? I know. Because I took your gif/youtube option away by saying it first.
Have you heard of the Utility Function? Do you know the current discount rate is only 2% or so, so future income is not meaningfully less than current income. Do you know that Lin is playing on a team that gives him a chance to get 20PER, minutes and playing time down the stretch, so he could get an even better offer down the road. Do you know this is Economics 101? And you don't need to go to Harvard for this. So if this is all you know, no wonder you're on Clutchfans 24/7, and Lin has at least $30m in contracts + endorsements, and is an ivy league NBA player.
And you should teach that weak **** economics 101 stuff to Ty Lawson, giving up that $12m player option final year to play next to Harden, with an alcoholic history, trying to get a good contract the year after. With a PER of 8 and shooting 35%.
Jeremy Lin, why you play like **** so you can take 2M/year to take better offer down the road? Why not play NOT like **** now so that you can get better offer NOW? You Idiot!!!
Go look at Lawson now. Go look at anybody playing PG next to Kobe and Harden. PERs usually range from 8-12. Lin at least is around league average mark of 15 But that would be too hard for you to understand. You bring out some economics 101 (actually, high school economics ****), and you think you know it all. You know **** about basketball also to be bring up this. Just go look up the list of NBA PG PERs next to Lebron, Kobe and Harden. Lin is around the best. In the era next to Michael Jordan, only Ron Harper had something decent. It's just their roles. And Lawson is a better player than Lin playing even worse than Lin when he was with the Rockets. But you wouldn't know. Because you learnt that weak **** gif/youtube posting crap from Tinman, and it doesn't help you from learning about basketball.
HayesisinMeltdown! Jeremy LIN the AWESOME! 2M per year on Hornets to come off the bench for Kemba! Why Morey, why???? Why you let him go?
