Would love to see the media meltdown and panic if this happened.

I disagree. He looks stiff and old. He was such an elite athlete that he's still good even with a good portion of his athleticism lost, but if you think he looks really explosive then you must have forgotten how he looked in Orlando.

I agree, he's a shadow of his former self, and the stats back this up. All across the board. Rebounding, Defense, Offense, Efficiency, Forcing turnovers, blocks...

He can't dunk in traffic anymore. Just no explosion whatsoever. He can still get up pretty high if he times it right with his footwork and no one is near him, but there have been so many times where he's had the ball under the rim and all he's been able to manage is a meek layup, years ago he'd take the rim off and bring like two or three defenders with him for a ride.

I just hope we have another choice but to sign him for 4 x 30 next year.

Need Capela to really take the next step for us to guarantee that doesn't happen.

Hopefully he takes his option instead of looking for a raise

No joke, I feel like Dwight gets called for an offensive foul if he tries that now.

He did this just last year?

And this in the playoffs against The Mavericks...

I think where Dwight struggles is the second jump, which is why we're getting killed on second chance points.

Also, he can't seem to get that burst need to move quickly, so his reaction to chasing penetrating guards suffers and results in an easy bucket.

Like I said, occasionally he can still rise up if he gets his steps right. But in Orlando he'd spring up so quickly and it'd be over before the defender even knew it.

If this team can't beat broken Mavs, who care Dwight and B2B...

Dwight will play in B2B mid to late January depending on his health...D-Mo should be back with a few games under his belt by then.
