One of the reasons why our offense is so terrible is because of Ariza. It feels like over half of his shot attempts are heavily contested. It's basically like having Kobe on our team on the offensive end. This is another reason why our coaching is terrible, if we had a competent coach he would make sure that we aren't having to go to Ariza iso so many damn times a game. Does nobody else in the Rockets organization notice how bad he is for our offense? We go to him so often and VERY rarely does he ever make a contested shot. He either needs to stop taking those shots, be benched, or traded. Ariza is shooting 33.7% this year and at this point I'd rather throw out KJ and see what happens.
Ariza is our best wing defender. He always gets assigned the superstar on the opposing team. Look at whats happening right now while Ariza is out. Don't discount his contribution. Who else do you have defending behind him and Dwight?
