Just what we don't need, a bunch of players that can't shoot the 3 better than Howard. I really do think that Lawson is to be blame the most for this loss. He needs to run the offense and get players open. Brewer and Ariza do better when they are always moving. When those two are moving Howard gets more dunks, Harden gets people into foul trouble and we get better looks. Another problem we are having is nobody can shoot. Howard started having a harder time in the 3rd and 4th getting the ball because Denver eased down on guarding the 3 and focus more on defending the middle to avoid layups and dunks. That's how Howard got into foul trouble. We are going to get mop by Dallas if we can't shoot.

this is a flawed argument. Ty Lawson has gotten wide open looks by his own admission and he's not converting. If Ty Lawson needs to have the ball to as much as Harden to get "into a rhythm" he is a lost cause. He was brought in to lighten the playmaking load not get a lions share of the ball handling.
a super star like harden attempting 19fgs is inline. ty lawson shooting percentage is not inline.

There were plenty of times throughout the games this season where Harden was on the bench for stretches of time and Lawson still wasn't aggressive. When he got the ball he would immediately pass it off and hide in the corner. I just don't see the "want" in him.

yes. overall - more ball movement is needed. thats not on harden, thats on the entire team and staff. the whole team needs to move the ball and move. The lack of movement is not all or even majority on harden, thats a flaw of the group or system and I would suspect it has something to do with coaching but I am not 100 percent sure.

The Rockets SHOULD dominate the NBA, aside from teams like the Spurs, Warriors and Cavs. Mcdaniels should be getting some burn with Brewer playing the way he is. At least lets see what he has got. We practically gave up Josh Smith for the guy.

Something to consider. Tjones was headed for a career night. He only played 20 minutes the whole game. That directly points to coaching, there are no more excuses. Mchale went small ball when Jones was on fire, let that sink in.

Next 10 games will dictate McHale's fate.

No way Les let this much talent go to waste.

You guys don't understand these rockets especially Harden well enough. Tomorrow Harden will come out fire and prove the doubters wrong by scoring 40 points. And the rockets go on the winning streak again for few games. Then Harden will go lazy again n play uninspired basketball n lost few games. Repeat the sequence again....

    Dallas, Boston, Portland...

Two of those teams have excellent coaches and one of those teams are young and will likely win just by playing harder than us.

It is a good thing you did. This game was crap. I feel sorry for the Rocket fans that spent money to go watch us get killed.
