if he plays like he's been playing so far there's no reason not to give it to him. Not a curry hater but what he does this year takes nothing away from harden's year last season. There were cases for both to win it.

ESPN facebook paged asked who was better? Run TMC or Splash Bros + Green. I'd still have to take Run TMC as the better trio despite the lack of playoff success those teams had. Curry, Klay and Green just have a much better team from top to bottom in a league suited especially for their skill sets. Green wouldn't even be a starter in any era other than today's small ball era. Run TMC had nothing outside of Sarunas, and Ellie off the bench.

What do yall think? I may have some bias as Chris Mullin is one of my favorite players of all time and i always got the flat top haircut like him when i was young, but at the same time Curry is amazing i'd take Curry over any of those individual players. I'm only saying Run TMC trio is better overall.

You give this guy an inch of space and he has a 60% chance of draining the shot, ridiculous. I hate him, I hate GSW and I hate the fact that he's proving that he is the better player between him and Harden

It's all luck. Don't worry his luck, just like their team's luck, will eventually run out.

That's pretty silly. I think a PF that can guard C's at an elite level plus shoot 3's AND pass like point guards is good in any era.

Draymond Green is "elite" at guarding today's centers who, by and large, are derivatives of centers of yesteryear. There's nothing wrong with Green being a very good player in the era he's in. That being said, Olajuwon, Robinson, Shaq, Ewing, Mourning, Mutombo and the like would have destroyed Green in the post.

yup nobody in today's NBA can play like any of those bigs listed above. No fault to Green of course as he has no control over this but it would be hilarious if we could see Green try and guard someone like yao haha

Well Yao is a bad example as he was easy to front and one thing that no one talks about is the lost art of post entry passes.

not a bad example at all. Green would get destroyed by Yao plain and simple.

Yao would get pushed away, probably 20ft away from the basket if guarded by Green. He would turn the ball over left and right since the GSW's helping defense is too quick for him.

And then image Yao chases Green on the open court.

Offensively, Run TMC has an edge, but Curry & Co have a slightly edge on defense.

If you sub Thompson with Barnes, then I'd take them over Run TMC. The only thing Thompson does better than Barnes is shooting, but even that gets less and less obvious.

Not sure how this is relevant at all.

Last year was last year. This year is this year. Last year...Harden was right with Curry the whole way. That is not verified or falsified because of this year's performances.

Yeah ok. All 6'8 of green would dominate Yao.

People forget Chris Mullin was a good defender as well as being a great scorer and sharpshooter. He was actually very good all around.

Do you not remember the battles Yao had with the Warriors back then? They always went small ball on us and it killed us every time because it took Yao out of the game.

Also stretching the floor killed us with Yao too. That's how the Jazz beat us. Okur outside and Boozer grabbing O boards inside while Yao was just running around gassed and getting out rebounded by Boozer or SF Matt Harpring.

Wow. Remembering the Warriors Vs Yao Rockets made me realize the Warriors have always been a very offensive franchise. Rick Barry days, RUN TMC days, Sprewell days, Bdiddy days, now Slapsh Bro days.

All 6'9 of Al Harrington did...

It isn't hard, you just stand in front of him and deny the post entry. Yao vanishes.

Thompson is in a slump. But when he regains his form, he's still the obvious #2 offensive option on the team. I don't know why he doesn't drive as much as he use to.. but he did score 37 points in one quarter last year. The guy who did that is still somewhere inside of him.
