This. It's infuriating having so little information on his status.

 

Prediction: DMO is going to come back, help with a lot of issues, and make J.B. or whoever look like a genius.

 

Agree in JBB schemes DMo look good positional defender and his OFFENSE.. cant wait

 

With all the DMO hype in here I'm expecting nothing short of him coming back and tearing the league apart as an all star max level player like many say he is. I wanna see at a minimum of 20pts, 10 boards and at least 2 tap outs a game while drawing double, triple and quadruple team help from opposing teams. I can't wait anymore for his return the suspense is killing me. The rockets don't have enough talent at the moment to win games and when DMO returns from back surgery after not playing any real basketball for over 9 months he will save this team.

 

When he comes back, and the teams defense as a whole improves he won't get credit from some. He won't have many rebounds, he won't have many blocks, but he will always be in the right position. He'll also box so there aren't so many uncontested putbacks when Dwight/Capela go to block a shot.

That's where his importance is. Jones, Harrell, or any of the guards we try to play at the 4 are huge liabilities on defense. Our guards are terrible defenders to begin with.

 

Some good news on Dmo is that Worrell said, I believe during the Dallas game, that if this were the Playoffs Dmo would be playing but that they want to make sure he is 100% right before he returns. DMo also has to be thinking about that big payday coming up so I don't blame him on making sure he is good to go 100%.
