Patrick Beverly Arrested

    Houston Rockets point guard Patrick Beverley returns to the lineup tonight after missing a couple of games with an injury. But he wasn't at practice this morning, after being arrested on an open warrant.

    According to the Harris County Precinct 8 Constable's Office, Beverley was stopped this morning on Beltway 8 at Telephone Road by Pearland police. It was a Class C misdemeanor warrant for "Operating a Motor Vehicle on Toll Road When Prohibited" issued out of Harris County.

    Beverley was arrested at the scene and transported to the Clear Lake substation. He paid a fine and was released at around 11am.
