The Warrior's already have a system in place. Luke is doing a great job with rotations. Some people have a natural feel for coaching others just have a big name.
This is the only rationale I'll have to keeping McHale. Get him two-three extremely high quality assistants.
We lost to Utah once with Rick and we had major injuries to our main players that year. The first time we lost to Utah in the first round was with JVG and his contract was not renewed.
Look I'm no McHale fan, but I blame the players for these late game scares more than I do McHale. We play so well for stretches, then when the game starts getting a bit tight, we just commit the stupidest mistakes. That Harden push on Reddick is an example of this, just completely uneccary and dumb.
Foul a whomever...only works for a team that is ahead. Using it as a ploy when your behind has shown to be a losing strategy... PS. Yes it was a goal tend...but a win is a win is a win. Besides, Harden wouldve made a game winning play if the game was tied( had the call gone against us). Harden was NOT gonna let us lose this game. Ripping on Mchale is easy...but his decision to flip flop man vs Zone was a terrific decision. They easily found out that the Rockets can be suffocating when they play zone...
Biggest Gripe with mchale is with him just letting Harden Iso the last 5min of a game when its clearly not needed. Just slows down the offense and makes James take Hard shots when you can play like you were just 7 min ago
Have at it boys. All I preach is, when things don't go well, work harder. When things don't go well, fight harder. They seem to embrace that. If you find another way to do things, let me know. That's the only way I know how to do things.
Post game interview: Interviewer: What has James changed to pick up his play? McHale: He's playing faster, playing harder.

You guys should check out how much Doc Rivers is getting roasted on Clippers blogs and forums. More angry with Doc and his rotations than the refs. People are silly.
From Clippers Blog Good job Doc, You spot them a 11 point lead. You Dumbass. by Duck Dodger on Nov 7, 2015 | 9:40 PM reply Well doc should've been doubling harden all game... Get the ball out of his hands and make everyone else beat you by jonjon22 on Nov 7, 2015 | 9:43 PM reply We know. Highest paid but he hasn’t looked anything other than mediocre this year with his "coaching". by Jellyfish_ on Nov 7, 2015 | 10:19 PM up reply Was he this bad in Boston too? by Cliprgirl on Nov 7, 2015 | 10:20 PM up reply
Don't even visit a Spurs forum when they are on a losing streak.... The Pop haters are out in full force.
Doc actually did a horrible coaching job tonight. Never do the hack a whomever when you are gaining momentum and Blake was playing like he was gonna get fouled every possession. Doc is overrated IMO.
