Not get a pinfall, but a win from it then. Half of his match with Cena the commentary was about how Cena looked off his game, but the other half was about the armbreaker, and he wins with the kick. Now he's won twice with the tree of woe double foot stomp thingy. Unless they keep teasing it like Rollins' phoenix splash
But his interaction with Norman Smiley was endearing though, I just think he's really sort of guarded and cautious (which isn't a bad thing for the wrestling) but I can tell he looks up to him. And Norman Smiley is a badass so...
Like Brock said you can make friends in the business or you can make money... Can't fault him for being himself. Nothing wrong with looking out for yourself and wanting to be the best. That said I still don't like his character and he has a long way to go before he actually does make money.
Gionna Daddio is f**kin smoking. She looked good for a TV debut, particularly considering how useless the person she was working with is.
Is she the one who wrestled Eva Marie? I didn't catch that girls name. Asuka/Cameron was probably my Favorite match of the show. that running knee to see up the Asuka Lock sounded absolutely vicious. She's so quick with her slaps and kicks and that armbar she can apply in a split second to combat any cheap shot. Also love the spot on impersonations of her opponents. She's just the best thing ever. The main event was great too. I think NXT London is the endgame for Finn before being called up. Can't wait too see Finn/Joe
Seth Rollins blew out his knee, best worker in the company is gone now, damn. http://www.wwe.com/inside/seth-rollins-injury-title-tournament-survivor-series-28164051
Damn damn damn! I wonder what this means for the title? Cena? I guess they'll push Reigns faster now.
Survivor Series will now have a tournament to crown a new champ. My prediction, Reigns defeats Sheamus in the semi-finals, Reigns goes to the finals and wins, Sheamus cashes in on him. God help us, this is the darkest timeline.
Unless Bryan comes back. I'd say it's almost certainly Lesnar/Reigns II at WM. Which was pretty good last year
You had to figure Seamus needs a window to cash his shot and reign. Sure there's still a lot of time left that doesn't revolve around mania, and there's always a possibility that it's a failed cash-in, but the shorter he holds the title, (probably) the better.
By God, this is as great an opportunity as any for WWE to shake things up a bit. Theres so many scenarios they can work with to make the next few months interesting as the rest of the folks on the injured list recover (Orton, Cena, Bryan, Rollins). The Deadly Games 2.0 idea is money with Roman being Corporate Rock and Ambrose being lovable Mick in the tournament finals. Roman can feud with Ambrose for the December PPV, build credibility and heel heat and take on a returning Cena for the Rumble PPV, move on to Mania to face Daniel Bryan (who finally wins the Rumble in a return!) or Brock (who would win the rumble). He could even go ahead and beat D Bry in that match and maybe even cheat and beat Brock, all to build a Rollins face return! Make it haps!
Oh man, this bums me out big time. Hearing that news made realize that Rollins IS my favorite wrestler right now. People give creative crap all the time about the storylines, but this just puts it into perspective how difficult of a job it actually is. EVERYTHING is constantly in flux and many factors are out of their control. You've got to figure they had months of storylines set up involving Rollins (Shield reunion, Triple H match, whatever) and now it all goes down the toilet. Man this sucks.
There's many WM's for all three. I'm sure there will be a Shield reunion at some point as well. Really Ambrose needs to be elevated first but I also enjoy him as the Brian Pillman level loose cannon of WWE. And he's got Renee Young so does he really need gold too?
Would like it more if he tried to pull a Rollins at WM but lost. Finn Balor will be on the roster by the end of the year.
