They should bring back the good old Guy Fawkes Day tradition of the north side gang vs south side gang fist fight in the town square.
I watched it for the first time about 2 years ago. Now, every time I see it on TV I have to watch it.
I read the graphic novel before seeing the movie, and I can't remember what it was but there was something about the movie that I didn't like. And no, I don't mean Natalie Portman's bad accent. It had to do with the adaptation.
in before the book was better...damn...nevermind. But serious, I'm not familiar with the graphic novel but I will say that there is something missing in the movie. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it could have been exceptionally great. With that being said, I still enjoy it.
Is V for Vendetta the movie y'all are talking about? That's a movie that I've somehow always over looked. I noticed it on HBO Now a while back and may give it a go tonight.
Love the movie. Funny thing is...I was just thinking about this quote this morning -- today's my wife's birthday. I never put the two together (we've only been married a few years), go figure.
