On a another note, might as well give Golden state the western Champs beating the Grizzlies by 50 points!
i've figured you out, you're just jealous of HAKEEM STATUS posters like ZBOY and myself Do you know even know what HAKEEM means in Rockets lore? HAKEEM MEANS BEST Put on your seatbelt, cause we're taking you to school
I warned folks don't get excited about Jeremy in pre-season. Jeremy always plays like a solid starter in pre-season. But when the REAL season begins, he shrinks under pressure, and rolls back to the player we are all too familiar with. Poor handle, inconsistent jumpers, mediocre defense and shaky confidence leading to hesitance and more turnovers, etc, etc. I don't see any significant improvement from him all these years. I hope him succeed but at this rate, it will be hard for him to find a solid NBA job soon.
This. Watched his first game and even while putting up decent numbers, I knew straight away he was the same player. He's 27. People need to stop hoping he suddenly turns the corner.
I think this observation is mostly accurate. I do see improvement on his defense and jumpshot, but his ballhandling can be cringeworthy, and his decision-making is subpar.
the charlotte hornets giving the eastern conference powerhouse chicago bulls that work right now? hornets currently up by 33? lin with 15, 5, and 4 in only 19 minutes and a +21 +/-???
I told you Lin fans, believe in the sting, zzzzzzzzz!!!!! 78 more games left!!!!!!!!! GOing LINZANE!!!!!!!

Meanwhile...Jeremy Lamb is starting to live up to Reggie Miller potential which a lot of people here on Clutchfans thought he might do when he was drafted by the Rockets a few years ago. I watched the game. His shot is extremely smooth, and is not even close to missing right now. Also he's long and he can shoot right over his defender. He also had a great game last game. Lin played well tonight. We played with energy and made good decisions. Only one turnover and even his misses were good misses. Looked very in control. This was how Charlotte looked in preseason when they (twice) dismantled the Clippers. It will be an interesting season for them; right now they are (kinda like Jeremy) a tale of two teams (granted they played awful twice against the Hawks and only lost both those games by 2 points).
He's a lof, don't be fooled by their choice of moniker name. No he's not a hornets fan. No lin fans are hornets fans or rockets fans or lakers fans
