I have two first place teams with Bell as my top pick. I don't have Deangelo and with the worst waiver priority, I have no chance to get him in either league. This fantasy season quickly became very depressing. Now I get to put in Jonathan Stewart or Alfred Blue as my RB2 in place of Bell. Yay!
He's my waiver claim, assuming I don't get Williams. But I probably won't get Langford. Even so, does anyone really feel all that great at the running back position with Langford? I had a team that was crushing the competition.
Hey guys, long time no see. Got a quick question, I've got Moncrief and Jonathon Stewart(at the flex) starting tonight and TY on the bench....need 13 points(in a NFL.com standard league) for my 8th straight win. Go with both Colts receivers or one of them and Stewart?
I see some people in the same boat as I am, except I never had Bell, but I did have Williams early on when he was kicking ass. Dropped him after Bell came back, but since Im always looking for good RB productivity I'm dropping Smith Sr and putting in a waiver bid for Williams again. Doubt I will get him as I have crappy waiver positioning, but I can always hope the other teams who have hoarded all the good RBs wont bother going for him.
I don't like Hilton going up against Josh Norman tonight. Norman is statistically the best cover CB in the NFL right now. Moncrief has caught a TD pass in 5 straight starts with Andrew Luck. I'd roll with Moncrief and J-Stew and you should get the 13 you need.
Thanks Dfin, that was my thinking as well, but I dont know all the various teams like you guys do so I thought I would get some advice to help continue my undefeatedness. I just gotta hope the good Luck shows up tonight.....and the Colts run D doesn't
Hopefully only the average Luck/Stewart show up tonight. I'm up 50+pts with Luck/Stewart left for the guy facing me so let's hope they get you your 13pts and less than 50pts so we both get wins this week.
Hey Moe. Are you going to be a consistent blog on that site every week or wss out a one time thing. Id love to support and read your articles every week as you are pretty well knowledge.
I'm writing all the articles there as I just started it this past week. I'm trying to churn out at least one a day. Appreciate the support.
I lucked out big time. I was up by 3 going into overtime. They other guy had Stewart and Gore. I squeaked by with the W.
Well, we both got our wishes. Colts receivers were virtual zeros, but thankfully Stewart was able to grind out just enough points for me to win. Closest win I have had all year. 8-0 baby Woot
Oh so you're the idiot, nice job, your font is tiny! Also, do you think I should drop Ameer Abdullah for Jeremy Langford? I have Eddie Lacy and Lamar Miller starting with Chris Johnson on bye.
Langford likely has no value unless Forte is out for an extended period of time. Abdullah is part of a horrid committee. I guess it might make sense as a one week stopgap measure.
I was thinking the same. He doesn't have a bad matchup this Monday night against the Chargers and did pretty well with 12 carries going almost 50 yards. I guess we'll see to what extent Forte's knee is injured. Would you play him over any of my two other starters? (Lacy & Miller)
