Yes we did. First team ever to get blown out by 20pts in 3 straight games to start the season.

    It's that bad.

    Panic mode

It's coaching. Always has been, always will be. If the Rockets want to do the whole "run the moneyball system with whatever coach" that's fine, but make sure that "whatever coach" at least has them sharp, in shape, and accountable.

This Rockets team looking like the Texan defense. Thinking they can just show up and win.

That's the nature of fans... and honestly we should have no sympathy for the players and the franchise. The make hundreds of times more money than your average fan. They are fine. Fans have a right to b**** and vent. I'm honestly getting tired of posters in Clutchfans thinking that there is something wrong with that.

These NBA players aren't little princess snow bunnies that have delicate feelings. They are grown men that make millions of dollars to play a sport that they love. This babying of Rocket players especially if that player is a 'star' needs to stop.

So many homers in this forum that defend Howard and Harden every single time.... So the fans blame McHale (Who also sucks @$$) but is not the reason for 20 pt blowouts..... The reason we are losing is because one of our "stars" does not play and the other just doesn't seem to be into basketball anymore....

So I come out and say Howard should play basketball since that's what he is getting paid for. I mean he is a basketball player right? Nah... Only on Mondays and sometimes Friday if its the playoffs. Teams cannot win without leaders, they cannot without a star that can take control when the team starts losing it. No stars for Houston tonight. No stars for Houston. Perhaps one day one will come like The Dream. But for the moment us fans should not give these guys any credit or loyalty because I wouldn't be surprised if both Harden and Howard left to other teams and left the Rockets completely broken........ Wake up guys!!

McHale said he had no input when he talked to the media during pregame.

    Not a coaching staff decision.

McHale passed blame and said they... "They chose to sit him out..."

Finally!!!! You can point fingers at injuries, coaching, Morey, etc....the bottom line is that you are as good as your stars! They are the leaders and the individuals that make the game easier for Mr. Role player. Brewer, Ariza are down statistically because Harden & Howard are down--period!!! Capella send Harrell are doing some good things because they are hustling and taking what they can because of effort and energy! The most bothersome part to me is that Howard/Harden are saying all the right things....yet, when they are on the court they are sleepwalking when they are making 38 million combined salaries!!! We were blessed last year that Harden had a very magical season, which inflated our status as a whole. The other West powers are doing well because there stars are doing well! We will turn this thing around only when Dwight/Harden turns things around. You can dissect it all you want....this is the disappointing TRUTH!

I thought the pre-season fretters were jumping the gun a little. Concerned about how we were not showing up to play. I stand corrected.

No chemistry for 48 minutes. The bright side is that we have increased our ability to play now to two quarters. Maybe we can make it 3 quarters against okc then 4 by the next game!

I would bench all our starters to start the next game

Rockets defense was going down the drain since the end of last season and into the playoffs where they had multiple 20 point losses by every playoff opponents. They played terribly during preseason showing no improvement while the "it's only preseason crowd" belittled ppl like me who pointed it out. Well it ain't preseason anymore.

Breaking News: ESPN has now predicted the Rockets going 0-82 with each loss being by 20.

I can't tell you guys how many times I have seen a superstar team struggle at the beginning and pick up their **** toward the second half of the season.

Old time Spurs, Superfriends Heat, Powerhouse Cavaliers

I think we will be fine even if we are 0-3 to start the season. They dont call us CLUTCH CITY for no reason!

The coaching staff?........ Lets be honest with ourselves here.... Something is wrong... Either Howard does not want to play or he is injured. Players don't just get to sit out randomly and I highly doubt that a player is okay with the coaching staff sitting him randomly either. Something is up and we don't know but its not good. It cant be good because its absolutely not normal. If the guy is injured then tell us so we can have delusional fans stfu and stop making excuses. And once again if he is injured then move on, we need basketball players not recovering patients from Memorial Herman Hospital trying to get better.....

Harden on the other hand is not showing up either. Is it because they are making Space Jam 2? Were there cameras on the court for the production of the new film because Harden has literally lost his game.....

Anyways, something is wrong...... And it has nothing to do with the three losses. It goes beyond that. And we as a whole need to stop blaming everyone and everyone's momma for losing. The spotlight for sucking is on the guys that are suppose to be carrying this franchise because lately they have dropped it. If they cant pick it up then no hard feelings but gtfo and let us invest in players that do want to play BASKETBALL.....

    4-1 in the playoffs.

Can't really say ****. His team won't make the play offs. I still think the Rockets get at least 4th seed or higher.

Now that the Mavericks have all their starters back they look way better than the Rockets. The Rockets are looking like a team that won't make the playoffs unless something drastic happens.

I don't think I've ever recalled any time in history of watching the NBA have I seen such difference from one season to the next where there were no major roster turnovers or major injuries involved. On paper, I thought this team was better than last year. I know Dmo is out, and the other major difference is Ty Lawson instead of Jason Terry and Pablo Prigioni. I know Dmo is a important piece to this team and all but damn lol.

I post less and less because of it. I want this team to win more than anything...but I won't lie to myself or to others on this board. It is too often mistaken for pessimism.
