What the hell does that mean? "They just chose that Dwight will sit out"? Morey made the call? Dwight's agent(is it still Fegan?)? Dwight himself?

I'm fine with Dwight missing the occasional B2B as a precautionary measure. Later this month, they play at Denver and then home for Dallas the next night. Dwight could miss one of those games and the Rockets(assuming they bother to show up) should theoretically be fine. Same with a week later when they play at Memphis and then at home for the Knicks the next night. You could rest Dwight against NY. And then the B2B road trip at New York and Detroit to wrap up November. Either one of those is winnable without him.

But when you're playing 2 solid opponents like Miami and OKC(and Sactown and the Clippers next week), he needs to man up and play in those. Limit his minutes if need be, but you're putting yourself at an unnecessary disadvantage when every game matters in the Western Conference.

Big minutes early in the season is a good thing for Harrell and Capela. Straight into that fire!

We still have enough to win this game and I'm excited to see Chuck frustrate the hell out of Hassan.

Indeed. Either tell us what's up or let the guy play, he barely played last game because of his own doing. Freaking p***y fart

Just get used to the Rockets bouncing Dwight in and out of the lineup, and get used to McHale giving vague non specific reasons why.

It means the Rockets staff have determined that Dwight Howard will help Rockets win more games if he plays only one game in a B2B. Rockets front office see him helping more tomorrow than today.

    LOL McHale

Thornton can't get a minute first two games, now starting? And we're gonna get murdered on the boards.

    This will be fun...

Harrell and Brew will both probably get 30 minutes off the bench.
