That being said, its only a 13 point lead.

Get 6 or 7 quick points and its a new game.

Has to come on defense first. Get some stops and hopefully that equals transition buckets. Hopefully Harden wakes up but if not, then guys like Bev, Brewer, Ariza and Lawson have to step up and make plays.

Man, Harden is sucking up the joint. Can't drive, can't shoot, ****ty defense, and a bunch of turnovers. His presence on the court also somewhat neutralizes what Lawson brings to the table. Instead of running the show, Lawson is now relegated to shooting 3's.

This is now 1.5 games in a row where Harden isn't making much positive impact. Just look at early 2nd quarter, when the splash brothers were sitting on the bench, and Harden did nothing to capitalize the opportunity. As the self-anointed "the best player in the NBA", he sure isn't doing much to help out his team.

Pretty much. We swept this exact warriors team two seasons ago. Just think about that for a second.

    What's changed?

The coach. New system, new defensive schemes. Behold the results of making that decision.

Harden is exactly the same player as he has always been, im not worried about his shooting. But the atrocious offense and defensive schemes are cause for majoe concern. How do you have a starting lineup including Harden and Lawson and be stagnant as hell? We have some tough decisions to make.

So fouling a player is a valid strategy.

I wish the Rockets would try that on Curry. Just foul Curry and he'll back off...

Too bad it won't work since 4 whistles will blow.

It's not quite as bad as it looks. Some of it just comes down to the Rockets not hitting their shots.

agree with harden howard. lawson actually made some decent plays.

    however, warriors own the rockets.

harden - STOP with the " I deserved MVP". you are 1-7 in your last 8.

Howard - make some adjustments. yea you get shafted cuz ur big, but thats not going to change.

McHale - Kerr (w the help of his assistants) don't even need to be on the floor for his system to work. Try developing one.

Rockets either need to fire Mchale or find an assistant coach that can coach. This team is not championship worthy. Barkley was right.:(

Everyone is pointing the finger at Lawson/Harden not moving which is ironic because I don't see any player actually moving. They just ball watch

I hate to ride Curry's balls but man he's so freaking scary when he has the ball on the top of the key. You never know what he's going to do. He can hit any shot and always seems to find the right guy at the right time.

He is obviously pretty smart. 3 straight DPoTY awards prove that.

He just isn't very aware and too prone to retaliation fouls. Warriors know that and will gladly send Green, Ezeli, Speights and whoever to provoke him because they know he will retaliate and the whistle will follow

comparing the 1st period to the 2nd period they look lost. Are they even running plays?

Harden stop talking about deserving the MVP and prove it with your play. He's all talk and nothing to back it up.

D-Mo is easily our best post scorer. Sadly, Harrell may already be our 2nd best. But you don't need a dominant post scorer to have an efficient offense. The Warriors don't have one, but they're constantly moving and cutting and setting picks. At the other end, Harden just dribbles around the perimeter or someone else drives into the paint where 3 or 4 defenders are waiting.
