I think Harden would rather join the 50-25-Badunkadunk club

I think if you want something, and it's been done before, then he can certainly do it. But obviously he needed to put in some work in the offseason to gain some ground. It mostly comes down to concentration. A lot of player shoot on habit, and that is ok, but if you actually concentrate on the rim and backboard and take it to a new level of mental focus your body will indeed follow through. To do it though, his aim should be 55 45 95.

Beverly will suffer though, as James likes to give him the ball with 1 second on the shot clock all too often.

i think harden meant the 50-40-90 club as in 50 twosomes and 40 threesome in 90 games

50-40-90 is pretty arbitrary. TS% should mean more to him. I certainly hope he wouldn't be stupid enough to cut down on his FTA's to get in this club as the article suggests. We need those. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

My prediction for this season is 46.8/38.8/87.9

I would actually be a little disappointed with the numbers you posted.

The 50 is a very difficult mark to hit for someone who draws as much contact as James (and, in general, someone with such a high usage). Everytime you go in and get hacked with no call, that's a ding to the FG%. If Harden were a freakishly good finisher with contact like Lebron, maybe - but Harden's genius is drawing the fouls, not necessarily finishing.

Maybe a pipe dream, but definitely a worthy goal.

    6-21

Wow i am starting to doubt it ...
He went to hero ball again when we got left behind by a dozen or in trouble .... turnover also still a problem.

He got to trust his teammates more .... Just saying

He goes to his ISO because:

    1. He is the best isolation player in the league.

    2. McHale has done a poor job of drawing up plays to get Harden easy buckets. For real. Imagine Harden in kerr's system? Weaves, run around picks, backdoor screens and cuts etc. harden has to work far too hard for his points. I am not saying McHale has to go but he's got to do a better job of getting his star easy buckets.

Yup. I'm not saying it's McHale, because Harden is not the hardest working player but if it the system and there's no change in two years and I'm Harden, I'm leaving the Rockets.

Two games in he's almost on pace with free throws:

    25 - 13 - 88

He's not even meeting half the percentages for FG and 3PT. Lol.

Boy oh boy if he keeps this up; along with his comments for best player in the league. He's going to get ROASTED.
Basically going to be a joke like KD was with his tired of being 2nd place media comments.
