    I think DMO wins you a game like this. When the rest of the team can't buy a shot you just dump it down into DMO on the low block and let him go to work on Faried. Spacing would have been horrible but I'm pretty bummed McHale didn't give a Montrezl/Capela lineup a look.

    It was one game, and a strange situation with Howard out and starting the season against a bad team. Plus, you know they were looking ahead to Friday.

    Expected a little rust, don't freak out guys. We'll be just fine.

    How the hell are people blaming T.Jones for this loss, I know he wasn't amazing but he did have 15 pts on 6-13 shooting and 6 rebs while Harden, Ariza, Brewer, & Lawson were a combined 24% from the field. I get he had a few shots blocked in the 1st half but blaming him for this dumpster fire of a performance is crazy. Harden, Brewer, & Lawson were just as awful on defense, T. Jones is somehow the scapegoat for the entire team sans Harrell and Capella not showing up to play.

    Well if you only look at his scoring percentage he had a decent game but he also had absolutely no defensive presence inside whatsoever.

    I'm a little disappointed to Jay, mainly because everyone played like crap on defense. Key players like Ariza and Brewer were no shows on offense, a whopping 4-22 brother and 3-14 from downtown.

    Another stat I hate, 8-35 from downtown, ouch.

    Maybe it was nerves, or maybe they took the Nuggets for granted and was looking ahead to Friday's game the Warriors.

    I believe they will play much better Friday, beating the Warriors in a thriller. And watch the GARM switch from being upset to screaming Championship all over again.

    So I guess the rest of the team gets a pass for the not playing defense? This was a collapse by the entire team, one guy shouldn't be blamed for this loss is what I'm saying.

    absolutely no inside scoring. You cant rely on the three pointer that much. Brewer was terrible off the bench. Only guy that came to play was Beverley IMO.

    You know, I didn't really mind Ty making the statement about Steph coasting on defense in the postseason bc it was true. If he plays as timidly as he did tonight, though, Steph can go ahead and put it in cruise control.
