Given that Foster is out for the season and Hoyer is our QB plus the defense has been pathetic and it looks a lot like the coaching staff has lost the locker room, I would be shocked for the Texans to win 8 games this year. Sure we'll probably win 3 or 4 games, but that's still a disaster. The Texans aren't a team that is so bad that the Dolphins should put up 41 points in a half....that's not a talent problem, that's a coaching problem. That's a players not buying in to the BS the coaches are spewing problem.

This makes the Tom Savage IR even more stupid than it already was, and I thought the move was about as dumb as you could get in the first place. Should've not drafted Bridgewater still =P.
You're wrong, the talent is horrible. Outside of the usual names (watt, Foster, Hopkins, Brooks, Brown) the talent is epically bad. The linebackers suck. The secondary sucks. The backup QB was the worst in the league. Nix and Strong suck. The OL has been patched up by street free agents. The backup WRs were not the best ever as you predicted. Wilfork and Crick suck. Special teams suck. The TEs are atrocious. Besides, if you like the talent, you should want BOB as the GM since he had final day on the roster.

As badly as anyone may think of the organization and of BOB, Ryan Mallet is the only one to blame for getting himself released.
I for one want to thank Mallett, his childish behavior has saved us from having to watch him go back out there and throw everything at players knees while he pouts now when Hoyer inevitably misses time due to our horrible O-line/offense.
I disagree - they waltzed into that Miami game like victory was in the bag. After all, it was the Dolphins who were supposed to be in disarray after having unceremoniously dismissing their doorknob of a head coach. Well SURPRISE! the Dolphins came out and punched them in the face and it was all downhill from there. This bunch of clowns folded up like a cheap lawn chair. I don't blame the coaches for this team's utter lack of intestinal fortitude when faced with adversity. The coaches were just as astonished as we were at the lack of effort on the field. I don't give one damn about what the players want to do - it's their job to execute what the coaches want and if they can't do that then there's the door. If they really believe that they know better than the coaches then let them take their sorry asses and go coach football but that would require taking responsibility for their actions. Yeah, that'll happen...
Sounds like something you'd say to college kids. Unfortunately the players in the NFL are a lot more valuable than the coaches. You side with Hopkins, Watt, and Clowney over any coach. When the coaching staff is the problem, you ditch them. It's looking a lot like the coaching staff is part of the problem.
Moral of the story: if you're going to have your entire BBS reputation die on a hill, don't let that hill be Ryan friggin' Mallet.
