Funny how nobody is talking about how they made a big deal and got rid of the kicker for missing extra points to replace him with one that just missed an extra point today.
The play calling was much better last year. They might need to hire a real offensive coordinator at the same time they're replacing the DC. Mike Shula maybe?
Yeah, I gave BOB the benefit of the doubt too. I was hoping he could be more than he has shown to be thus far but honestly it looks like he's already lost the locker room. If that's true, he's gotta go. Just another bad decision in an effort to be a hard ass in a long line of them.
Good God, you waste a lot of time having meaningless arguments around here. Seriously, what the hell happened to you? Even if you are right, who the hell cares about this crap?
XSF isn't even active, to gain experience. Pretty pathetic considering the state of the o-line. The same o-line you bashed to discredit a potential QB's performance. Xavier isn't so bad, it's all the other wasted picks PLUS Xavier. Texans are better off sucking to the point Smith gets fired. BO'B can leave too if things don't turn around by '17.
Something I noticed this game more than others is that the Texans lack speed on both offense and defense. the Dolphins were so obviously faster on both offense and defense. Not even the receivers or running backs are outrunning anybody.
OB came in talking about wanting speed…then we draft guys that don't have speed. I really think OB is in over his head. The sad part is that I truly thought he'd change things around here, but he just makes one mistake after another.
The look on his face during his press conference said it all. He has no idea of what to do now. Not one single clue. So who will the Texans bring in next? I don't want some retread coach.
As fans, we need to wait at least 3 more seasons to see the next coach being brought in (hopefully Harbaugh will be ready to return to the NFL). Rick Smith will still be here.
This comment is stupid on so many levels at the same time that it's almost a thing of beauty. Well done.
And then he was replaced after the second or third series. They went by so fast it's difficult to know.
