    Diagnosed in August with (according to his doctors) a very treatable form of cancer and gone less than 2 months later?

    Stunned.

    Heartfelt condolences to Mr. Saunder's family, friends and the Timberwolves organization.

    Shocking news. I thought it was very treatable and it was only a few months ago that he was diagnosed.

    I don't think he died of the cancer. I think he died from the treatment.

    Oh man that is so sad!!! I can't believe he passed so suddenly, I had no idea the cancer was so bad. I always liked and respected him as a coach. That's very tough to see. I pray his family and friends have peace over this and are not overcome by grief but gratefulness for his life and come together stronger than before.
