I hope this isn't a public stunt by Khloe to profit off Lamar's suffering...

I generally don't believe when people say they will change, but it there's one possibillity that one does is when he faces death straight at the eyes.
So I am gonna hope he finally takes the steps necessary to cut his drug habit. He has the support. He has the financial resources to go to the best rehab programs. Others have done it before him so he can as well.

Now that it seems he's gonna survive, it's basically a guarantee that they are gonna get a ton of mileage out of this on their show.

because i'm guessing most people in his situation (assuming this is true) aren't capable of overcoming their problems and "caring." i'm sure they'd like to change but can't. that should make people care about hoping they figure out a way to overcome their problems.
