If Joshua Smith can lose some weight, he is going to be a gem. He's soo nimble for a guy his size

Out of curiousity, how much money did these guys make by participating in training camp + preseason? I know their salaries aren't guaranteed but they make a pro-rated portion of that salary, right?

Makes sense, Smith showed most, Kazemi was solid within the time he got on court. I think Smith makes the team

He could be Two Sandwiches, Jr. or Oliver Miller, Jr. if he doesn't get his weight under control. If he gets cut, he will know that it's his work ethic that is holding him back. I hope he sticks around in the league, even if we wind up cutting him. He's got real potential.

so we still have the iranian guy? i only saw him play in one game but wasn't very impressed

i'm fine w/ joshua smith as the 15th man, but would prefer picking up some promising PG off waivers -- so we can package bev/jones down the line for a defensive PF.

I don't see what value Kazemi can bring to the Rockets so I'm assuming Smith will possibly get the last spot. At least he takes up space in a better way.

Both guys (Kazemi and Smith) are place holders. Morey will make another small move or two. He can't help himself.

Saw Denzel last night at the young thug concert here in San Antonio. Line was crazy and his boy was out there yelling(jokingly), "My boy made it to the Houston Rockets, let us in!!". Denzel was looking like stfu I don't want the attention lol.

Anyways no surprise I agree but Kazemi is mehhhh. Big Josh or someone else.....

We're too close to the hardcap to waste a dollar on either of these guys. If you want some midseason flexibility to make a trade or sign a bought-out player, cut both of these guys. Not sure what real value either could bring.

Looking at Howard, Capela, and DMo health. I think Smith will make the cut.
