Yeah, I think I read that somewhere a few years ago. Probably here, actually... I have to at least rinse my hair every morning due to severe bed-head. I only shampoo maybe 2 or 3 times a week.
I'm surprised everyone seems to be an AM'er. For one it's hot and humid here 80% of the time, I'm active (gym or run), and even if I wasn't I wouldn't want my bed funking up constantly - so I shower at night, before bed. I cant imagine being a skipper in Houston but I think it's perfectly acceptable in non-humid climates.
PM only here during the week, have a hard time falling asleep if I don't. Ditto on the wetting hair in the morning to prevent bed-head, no need for a full shower.
Mornings = always (post dump a must) After physical activities = always average about 1.75 per day a hot shower is about #4 on the best possible things list for me: 1. sex 2. live music 3. free golf
Same here. I don't feel relaxed getting into bed without having taken a shower. Makes sexy time before bed with the lady better too I do run my head under the sink in the AM to get rid of bed head and that wakes me up too.
This. I cannot get to sleep if I feel even the least bit dirty. Even if I'm exhausted and haven't done anything strenous over the course of the day, I will take the extra 20 minutes to get clean. In the mornings I avoid bed head but just wetting down my hair before I comb it. It's never been a problem. Incidentally, doing things this way means having to wash my sheets much less often, because there is rarely any dirt or sweat or anything getting on them.
Put me down for both. In the evening its just a quick shower before bed and in the morning a little longer to wake me up.
3 times a day. Once in the morning to wake up. After work before gym. Before bed. Obviously sweated after gym. Gotta stay so fresh and so clean. You ever go to the gym and there's guys that smell funky like oniony and ****? It's cause there's a difference between clean sweat and dirty sweat. Don't be that stank ass mofo.
Definitely in the morning and usually in the evening right after dinner or something. Nothing worse than sleeping with some dank ass nuts.
My hair is too thick, cow licked, and naturally greased for me to just rinse my hair and have it not stick back up.
What do you do for a living where you would have to shower after work and before you go to the gym when you already showered that morning?
I work in an office but still I perspire and face feels oily after a long day. Regardless, a hot shower is one of my fav things in life.
Yeah you could cut your showers by 1/3 by just doing it after the workout. Save the planet and water consumption lol. :grin:
Even moreso save your skin and hair, that's really bad for them, especially if they're hot showers. Warm with a cold rinse off for best results.
AM. Refreshing. Almost like a daily morning massage to start the day. Showing everyday is bad for your skins, but it's a hard routine to give up.
