Even though both parties signed off on the divorce...the paperwork for the divorce was in a back log...Legally he is still married to Khloe until the paper work is cleared by the judge. This allowed the Kardashians to make legal decisions in regards to his health...and indirectly brought forth unresolved feelings for Lamar to the forefront.
