Am I the only one that can't get over their casting of Dunst in what's otherwise an outstanding cast?
Swinger's Party and Key party might be a wee bit different. Which reminds me: Was Ice Storm the first movie to introduce a "Key Party" to mainstream audiences.
Did anyone else have an issue with DVRing episode 2 on Dish? I had 3 different recordings. One was the first part and came in at 38 minutes. The second was the rest and clocked in at around 55 minutes. The third was the entire episode. All 3 events showed that the recorded the episode at the same time.
Yep. She said she gained weight for this role by eating grilled cheese sammiches. That's a proper upper-midwest girl. I love, love Bookeem Woodbine's (sp?) accent, it especially comes out when he's in the typewriter shop.

durst in underrated. I think she gets a bad rap for bring it on, which is one of my faves but it was a long time ago. she was great in Melancholia, all good things, the two faces of january and marie antoinette . Definitely one of my favorite blonde white girls on film and tv. oh, really liking it more at this point than last season, if that's even possible.
If I'm honest it is mid 2000's outrage at Kirsten Dunst (ie assisting in ruining Spiderman as a character for me), not current. I agree with the others that she has been good in this show. Unfortunately when she gets screen time though, my brain goes "Dunst, why?!?". I'll get over it. Maybe.
I stumbled into 3 minutes by accident, where the little girl finds a gun in the snow, and I knew instantly I was watching Fargo. Looked interesting.
Anyone else still watching? Like what I've seen so far. Bokeem Woodbine has been the closest to Billy Bob from Season 1. Spoiler Still trying to figure out where they're going with the whole alien thing
Patrick Wilson was just spectacular this past episode. He was a perfect casting choice (as was pretty much everyone else). This Noah Hawley guy is someone to watch closely. He's quickly becoming one of those Hollywood people whose output I will watch regardless of whether it looks interesting on the surface. Even his directorial debut was fantastic (he directed the 2nd episode this season).
