Yeah after game 1. When you look at the pitching match ups are heavily in favor of the Mets from here on out. I had a feeling we'd struggle against Syndergaard even if Arrieta had pitched well. It would take a miracle for the Cubs to win the series at this point with the way things have gone. Tomorrow's game is DeGrom vs Hendricks. Anything can happen, but I wouldn't bet against the Mets winning going forward. We might steal 1 game, maybe game 4. That's how I see it.
Remember when Cueto could not do wrong against the Astros a few days ago? He's getting scorched by Toronto right now.
Yeah, I don't know how they've lost 4 out of 8 games in the playoffs. Some immigrant must have taken a goat to the stadium or something.
The Astros had success against Cueto in Game 2. He was struggling since the trade, but finally played like the pitcher that KC traded for in Game 5. That's not take credit away from the Blue Jays, they came out swinging.
Another pop-up slide ruled out thanks to replay. Its going away... it has to. Just glad the Astros got the final benefit of it in the playoffs (albeit it was the 3rd out of the 7th inning of game 4... we all know what happened the very next inning... hell, if Harris ends up throwing more pitches in the 7th, maybe he never comes out for the 8th and everything is different... stupid replay!).
This is why I wasn't to bummed about the Astros losing. These Royals are a hell of a team. There is no glaring weakness unless you want to count Cueto. Starting pitching? A relentless lineup? Outstanding bullpen? They got it all.

Not too bummed out about the Cubs. Bright future ahead. Mets/Royals should be interesting though the Royals seem to have that "it" factor this season. They're hungry to win that title after almost having a chance to win last season.

I think they will change it where an 'incidental' disconnect with the base will be OK and only the overside will be an out.
