    Harden+Lawson backcourt is horrible on defense. I'm hoping it's just Harden and Lawson playing 70% effort because it's preseason.

    Yeah, too much three point shooting. Forcing threes instead of working it around for the best shot possible. James is just chucking threes right now every time down.

    Yep, perimeter defense has been an issue in the preseason. Unfortunately gonna have to play Ariza 38+ again to mask some of those problems.

    Hardens shot is off and McHale still hasn't emphasized a luck of defense

    Our defensive scheme is garbage

    Even though this is preseason, this is pretty frustrating to watch. What have they been doing in practice? lmaooo

    i dont think harden is gonna be able to hide mchale's coaching defency this year like last year, harden looks a little out of shape as well

    He's just sitting on his ass and not using this as an opportunity to teach and coach the players. I'm wondering what they're doing in practice as far as defense b/c it's been bad the entire preseason.

    We are shooting 30.4 from three this preseason. I think its because we keep forcing them up! Move the ball and move around!

    IIRC, the defense wasn't all that great down the stretch last year. Seemed really great October - Decemberish (when we were putting our worst scraps of a lineup on the floor, really) then... poof.
