Well, since you don't know whether the pictures were from legal procedures or not, do you know if any of the pictured fetuses were developing a congenital disease or stillborn?

No I don't. They idea is that these photos were representative of the procedure whether legally performed or not. Either category is gruesome and I'm in favor of neither so it matters not to me.

The baby already has a heartbeat when a woman is what... 6 weeks in? And people say it's nothing? If we found a heartbeat of any being on another planet, people would go nuts.

 

Abortion is legal up to 24 weeks when a baby already has a heart beat at 6. Open your minds, people.

You're dealing with a lot of people who are entrenched on this subject due to their political leanings. It's a pity they can't take a step back and see it for what it is - a true shame.

 

Of course it makes a difference, why not just show a video of 9 month old infant coming down the birth canal and getting hit with a hammer?

The level of gestation makes a huge difference, when the purpose is to shock or horrify.

Abortion is a controversial enough subject without a need to stretch the facts....

 

Can't extra-outlaw something that's already outlawed.

No but the human life inside her certainly was.

The life inside a pregnant woman is human and if you are pro-abortion(pro-choice if you are offended by being pro-abortion... which you obviously are or you wouldn't be arguing the merits of it) you are an advocate for the ending of human life.

 

That wouldn't matter. The photos simply depict the result of the abortive processes. That's what they were meant to do. Your quibbling about this kind of detail reeks of desperation. They are hard-hitting images. Give me deep pause to reconsider a decision to abort MY CHILD.

 

Kind of ironic that so many folks who are pro-Choice/Abortion feel so strong about being anti-Death Penalty.

They say they would not choose abortion for themselves but don't want to take the choice away from others, yet the are dead-set against a jury of peers choosing the death penalty for convicted murderers.

The baby did nothing but dies while Bubba murdered and raped two 19 YO sorority sisters. Baby dies and Bubba gets a lifetime cable subscription and three squares a day... and an hour in the yard.

 

Well you don't do anything to promote saving the living lives in trouble, and in fact as a conservative you do promote starvation as the right is against food stamps.

 

Gestation does make a difference but there are plenty of images of little ones that would fit in the palm of your hand. That's not an 32 week old fetus.

The fact is that scalding, dismemberment and decapitation kill regardless of fetal age. They kill a 12 week old as certainly as a 20 week old and a 32 week old fetus.

Scientists have grown self beating heart from stem cell in as little as 2 weeks. I don't think anyone argue that beating heart is a life.

 

Do you not see or make a distinction between that artificial environment and a naturally occurring one.... such as pregnancy? If they can't grow that "heart" into a fully functional human being then they have no remotely approximated the miracle of life.
