Houston magic, it can't be denied! Never under estimate the heart of a champion! ( yes I was kidding)
Think we can make a play at Cueto and/or someone like Cespedes? I honestly have no clue how much Crane is willing to spend.
Game 4 in the 8th is the game that killed the Astros confidence and momentum. On to the Rockets now. ***** the Texans!!
Good year, above expectations, but when you have the golden opportunity to win and advance, you have to treat it like it could be your last. There is a history in all sports of young teams that looked like a budding dynasty and never got over the hump. Opportunity lost.
I confess I could no longer watch after we lost the lead and every time I flipped back everyone was jerking off over cunto so I turned it off.
Great season, Astros. Sucks to lose it like this but it was a great, memorable season. We just didn't have to talent and experience the Royals had, and it showed in these last 2 games. Our future is bright, and as long as we keep making good decisions in free agency and in the draft, we will be set for the next decade or so. On the bright side, the Astros held our attention long enough to start the Rockets' season. It's the Rockets' time to shine!!
well dumbass do you also remember saying Valbuena shouldn't be playing? he drove in our only runs you remember saying over and over McOuch? The guy won 20 games this year YOU are a loser, with a losers mentality go quit on something else
Tim Kirkjian: "Well so far, in over 100 years of baseball we have not found a single situation like game 4 of the Astros-Royals game. We cannot find a situation where a team is ahead in a clinching playoff series game, where a manager allowed a relief pitcher to give up four straight hits. It is just nuts and unfortunately for the Astros it ended in a loss." Well enjoy your off season on that little gem. I know they won't fire Hinch so I hope he grows as a manager or Luhnow idiot proofs the pen because this series was BRUTUAL for AJ and as a result Astros fans.
