Rangers, they are not going to be able to use Hamels for awhile and K should have the advantage over Gallardo in first game.

Stros can win, but I think we lose.

    Would love to eat crow.

I wish our game was first cuz it really depends on whether or not the Stros win. If we win, I want the Rangers cuz I think they're an easier matchup plus it's a great budding rivalry. Not to mention the travel is a lot easier going to Arlington instead of Canada.

If we lose, I want the Blue Jays to win. Blowing Game 4(and with it the series) would be brutal, but if the Rangers also cough up a 2-0 lead going home, that would make me feel a little bit better over the long offseason.

This could potentially be the last time we see them until another 6 months. Speaking for myself, I'm proud of how far they've gone, and other teams sitting at home would love to be in their position. It's not like they are facing a scrub team, they were a team that was in the World Series last year (and arguably a better team this year). We'll see how it goes.

    I'm liking that lineup.

I'm hoping that the only names that come up in relief are Sipp, Neshek, Gregerson, Fiefs(hopefully it doesn't come to this), and Keuchel (doubtful).

springer is fully healthy. i, rocking chair manager, would give him back the lead off spot. get altuve off this funk he's been in the past 3 games.

Only a fan would punch the panic button after three games; yeah, sure - let's jack around with Altuve and Springer in the biggest game of the year....

I'd honestly be surprised if we won, but I will hope like hell we pull it out. We'll see. Go Astros.

Did Fiers make the post season roster? Would be a great bullpen asset, surprised he hasn't been utilized if he's been on the roster.....

my thinking is altuve is due for another game like game 1, this time his damage would come with springer already on base. but yes, i'm a fan, hence me placing the asterisk in my own statement.

    anyways, hoping we crush them.

Yes he did. He was warming up in Game 2, but Hinch never used him.

The funk in his delivery would be good for a hitter or two, in my opinion.

He absolutely should've been used in Game 2 instead of Perez. I'll cut Hinch some slack on Game 4. A 4-run lead with 6 outs remaining and Harris and Sipp in relief is not a decision I would second guess.

Should be interesting to see what happens tonight. If McHugh and the hitters give the team a 2-3 run lead going into the 7th, does Hinch stick with the Sipp-Harris-Gregerson trio or does he mix it up with Fiers?
