Now he brings Sipp? and takes Harris? What is going on with this guy????????? Hinch MAKING ALL THE WRONG MOVES

 

Some of you act like the Astros are the only team capable of scoring runs. We've given up some runs. That tends to happen to most teams in the game of baseball. Credit to the Royals for taking advantage of a few mistakes. It's not like we blew a 6 run lead in the 7th or something.

 

Will Gomez come on to PH today? Is he well enough?

 

Don't really trust Hinch in close games. First couple of games in playoffs, the team has had a little bit of a cushion.

 

I walked back in just in time to see the go ahead run....

 

And this is why Kazmir was the wrong choice to start. He pitched average for the amount of time he was there, but going 5.1 innings just won't cut it. Our bullpen isn't good enough to have that kind of pressure on them.

 

Some of you guys are just brilliant at managing the game after the fact.

Hinch can't manage 1 run games, he screws things.

Awful manager in big moments.

 

Morales has struggled from the right side of the plate. I get it that Hinch has made some questionable moves, but questioning every move he makes for the rest of the game is getting out of hand.

 

Kazmir's pitch was crap. I didn't say the pitch to Hosmer was over the middle of the plate. I just don't want that pitch where it can be handled on 0-2. You want a strikeout in that situation.

The pitch to Morales wasn't bad, but you have to do your best to keep Morales from pushing that ball to the right side, but it happened.

 

Kasmir pitched well enough they shouldn't have let him go in the 6th. Fiers should have come in for 2 innings then get it to Sipp/Harris/Gregerson

 

What a joke, Cangre and anyone else who wanted to stick with Fields. If we did that and Fields got lit up y'all would be freaking out saying how could we stick with him when walked in a run on 4 straight pitches and has been terrible in the 2nd half of the season.

The bullpen is not great guys, doesn't have anything to do with Hinch.

 

Plus after this how the season played out, the fact they ended it winning 6 of 8 road games is insane. Winning Game 2 was always going to be gravy, especially against a team that won 95 regular season games.

It's not the end of the world if the Astros lose today.

 

you pitch Sipp there, he is good vs right handed hitters, BUT NOT PEREZ, he is awful vs righties.

Oliver Perez had NO BUSINEES being there, it was Sipp.

 

Now is our chance to totally demoralize them, which would be wicked.
