Dmo should be brought along slowly and carefully . I know every game is important in the aspects of seeding , but the rockets can survive the first quarter or the season without him . He needs to be stronger than he was last year . A huge component of dmo's improvement last year was his weight gain . At his best last year he was probably around 270 . I bet right now he is around 250 if that ... Putting on weight is probably not good for his back especially if done quickly . Take your time and make sure he is at full strength for the postseason and second half of the Regular season . This year unless you get the #1 seed you are gonna play one of mem, sa , okc , lac , gs , hou , nop ... In the first round .

I agree. I'd like to get a top 2 seed, but having DMo healthy is more important.

Yeah! Smack DMo's back even harder! It's not like he's recovering from a back injury. But srsly, this video makes me think he's really close to joining 5 on 5 practices.

Now............that is putting in the work on your shot.

Does anybody here believe Terrence is doing this kind of work on his jump shot? Please come forward and explain to us why you think Terrence is or has done this type of work.

That's insane when you consider muscle fatigue. That's an insane number of attempts in 2 hours. That's basically a shot attempt every 6 seconds for 2 hours, including moving around the arc in that 6.3 seconds as well as no breaks. Put in a couple breaks and he's basically just firing up attempt after attempt. That's incredible muscle fatigue and he still knocked them down for a total percentage over 66.

That's how you become a plus shooter. This guy is going to shoot close to 40% from 3 for us this season. Mark it down.

he shot 45% after allstars break i believe last season. So 40% is totally doable for him.

Please provide proof (e.g. 24-hr surveillance of every basketball, newspaper articles of his numerous suspensions for not coming to practice) that he isn't.

Jones is not putting in shooting reps in there... he's getting help tweaking his shot.

You are going to miss a lot when you are making changes to your shot.

Agreed. The more he's tweaking the more he's missing. #tweakers

You are going to miss more at first before you start shooting better than you were before the changes.

3 videos with different upload dates, but obviously from the same session. 1st video was uploaded December 20,2014, which was most likely posted closely following the session. So that would mean Jones is right in the middle of his drop-foot injury crisis. He couldn't do anything but try to bring his leg back, lift weights, and work on his game. Let's see you try to shoot jumpshots while one foot & leg feels half asleep. Showing these videos in an effort to represent TJ as a person or TJ as a player right now is completely dishonest.
