    I like that khloe has been coming out to Houston. She honestly doesn't seem like the type that's going to really try to lure him to la. She seems like the least Hollywood in the family and seems down to be where he is instead of the other way

    It is an NBA zoning thing. You are outside the distribution area for the Rockets but within the Astros. I live in San Antonio and the same thing happened to me. The Rockets games are all blacked out but you can watch the Astros.

    I think because you are not in the Rockets' "media market", so the games are blacked out.

    The Astros' media market is much bigger. It spans like 5 different states I believe.
