Gilbert's guaranteed contract almost made me want to stop watching basketball.

 

Not just stupid....lucky. Javaris Crittenton (the other dude pointing guns in the story) later murdered a bystander in a gang hit in 2011. He just pled guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter this April and is currently serving a 23 year sentence.

Oh BTW, the bystander/murder victim was a 22 year old mother of 4.

The lack of punctuation marks negatively hurts my reading comprehension. After reading this I still believe Arenas is ignorant for throwing his career away over bringing guns to work (effectively) where they had no place and it was not allowed. Did anyone else read that he said it wasn't his fault?

 

What I got from that is.. he admits it, but says there was no proof, and they were all cool after it.

 

Just pure stupidity no matter what the real story is. Now one of them is sitting in jail and the other is out of a job and smashing a mercedes over a woman.

 

What's that at the end mean...He says he did the same with Matt Barnes and Dfish... What does that mean?
